Mercadão is a Glovo startup specialized in on-demand delivery of big basket orders. Our current goal is to build world-class e-commerce and logistics applications for big basket orders (~99€). This will allow us to unify our technology in the geographies we currently operate in and take on new challenges.
Your Work-life Opportunity:
As a LiveOperations Agent in PT, you will be the first point of contact for our Customers and Shoppers (chat, email and phone), playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an excellent delivery experience with Mercadão to enhance customer satisfaction.
Be Part of a Team Where You Will:
- Interact with customers through various channels to assist with inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Effectively identify and resolve customer issues, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and delivery processes to provide accurate and helpful information to customers and shoppers
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, cancellations, and tracking, ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering process.
- Communicate effectively with customers and shoppers, as well as internal teams such as onboarding and operations, to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
- Gather and document customer and shopper feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of overall customer satisfaction.
You Have:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to adapt and succeed in a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very high attention to detail; organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement and improve pain points
- Working experience +4 years
- Fluency in English is a must
- Curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and strong team player
